Do you know this feeling? You don't feel well - in the worst case, you're even depressed or simply overwhelmed by everything. This state is then even intensified by asking yourself the same thoughts over and over again - often in the form of questions:
"Why am I feeling so bad?"
"Why can't I do this better?"
"Why does this always happen to me?"
"Why does all this even make sense?"
"How did I get into this situation?"
And: have you noticed that these questions only bring you further into a state of depression and resignation?
The reason for this is that with these questions we repeatedly instruct our consciousness - but much more powerfully - our subconscious to provide "material" through this type of questioning.
You can imagine it as being similar to a large library. You go to the counter and say: I would like material on the topic: "Why can't I do this?" You are then provided with material on the subject accordingly. Advice in the sense of: "Experience reports - why it doesn't work" etc.
If you would like more exciting and above all more profitable "reading", you have to order this accordingly, for example with questions like:
"What do I need to be able to do better in the future" or "How can I change the situation that is difficult for me?"
The library (your subconscious) will also provide material here. "You managed something here once" - "That was helpful in the situation at the time"
So: become the boss in your library again and demand what you really want and what will have a positive effect on your life in the long term.
